3TI Solutions has submitted trademark, copyright and patent applications to relevant departments of the State for two of its products: UMAX and SoftTown.

Currently, Trademark Office of State Administration for Industry and Commerce has sent out notification of acceptance for UMAX trademark application indicating a formal entry into national phase of application. State Intellectual Property Office of P.R. China also sent out notification of acceptance for patent application on UMAX interaction design. As to SoftTown, it has been reviewed by Copyright Protection Center (of National Copyright Administration of the P.R.C.) and awarded Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificate.

The application of trademark, copyright and patent for UMAX & SoftTown is not only aiming for 3TI brand promotion, but also for a bigger market share in cloud computing market.
